AGC Master Labor Agreement Ratified

AGC MASTER LABOR AGREEMENT RATIFIED!

IUOE Local 612 members voted to accept a successor agreement.

*2 year agreement---June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2012.

*Maintain current June 1, 2009 wage and fringe rates through May 31, 2012.

*Maintain current language of the 2007-2010 agreement through May 31, 2012.

*Private Sector Work –LOU changes as follows:

Effective date is June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2012.

When the employer portion is $4 million or less on Commercial projects and on Residential projects of any value, the wage rates covered by this Letter of Understanding shall be equal to eighty-five percent ( 85%) of the wage rates established in the Western Washington area and will apply to privately funded projects bid after June 1, 2010.

Wages and Fringes on projects bid prior to June 1, 2010 shall be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement in effect at the time of bid.

At the expiration of this Letter of Understanding (May 31, 2012) the wage rate shall return to 90%.
